STRIX is a multi-channel AI agent platform operated by Strickland Technology ("Company", "we", "us"). The Service provides AI-powered conversational agents accessible via web chat, voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging channels.

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content generated through your AI agent interactions.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or bulk requests
• Resell the Service without prior written agreement

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free tier at the end of your current billing period.

Your data is stored on infrastructure managed by Strickland Technology on DigitalOcean servers. Messages and memory are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
